I can't believe how long it has taken me to share this adorable space with you! It's 650 sq. feet, which isn't that big (but as a Toronto apartment dweller isn't that small either). It has a wonderful mix of aesthetic influences, and combines a few of my favourite things such as bar trays, and expedit shelving. Homey but chic, clean and comfortable. Love it.

Love these bar cart options. I mean, in theory you don't have to put pretty bottles of wine and liquour on them, they could be useful for a multitude of purposes... but, let's be honest. That's not what I am going to be using them for!

Happy Weekend my pretties! It has been too long hasn't it? And by too long I clearly mean it has been too long since I've posted a photo of a home bar. My own personal obsession. Don't worry. This won't be my last. I've got plenty more up my sleeve. My weekend will be full of theatre, sleeping, birthday parties, going to the suburbs to pick up my COACHELLA tickets, making dinners and probably mixing myself a cocktail or two. I hope your weekend is full of things which make you happy. Until then, bottoms up!

Emily of Cupcakes and Cashmere found a new way to display her home bar (for her old way see this post), and you know I love a home bar! I see her collection is growing! I approve. One day maybe I will show you how I store my alcohol. But then perhaps you will think me strange for storing my drinks in a closet, and also, perhaps, for how many bottles make up my collection? For now, I post other people's. For now.

Love how Tommy Smyth (who works with Sarah Richardson) has styled his (rented) Rosedale home. Especially his way of displaying his collections (see matchbooks). As a "collector" (aka someone who has trouble getting rid of things) it's great to see these artfully displayed.
