Wooden Porter Crates

I am in love with these wooden bike crates. What a fantastic way to carry your things around town! (Ok, so it's the cup holder that really sold me on it. I vespa doesn't have a cup holder. I lament it yearly.

Summer Swimsuits

Spring is in the air here in Toronto. I took my vespa out last night for the first spin of the season! Of course spring may be here, but that only means that summer is around the corner. And with me flying off to Los Angeles and West Palm beach in a matter of weeks I thought it was time to put my mind to beach wear. I love that there are way more cute one pieces nowadays. I'm generally more of a bikini girl, but it's nice to have a one piece in your arsenal. Here are my current bathing suit favourites!

ASOS: Spot Bunny Tie Side Bikini
River Island: Wide Stripe Bikini
Sunseeker: Sunset Print Halter Bandeau Swimsui
Ted Baker: Pluumas Padded Swimsuit With Rose Print

PlayBook

RIM's new PlayBook looks pretty great to me! Now, I'm no teckie. I might even be what you call a "late adopter". My first smartphone was the iPhone 4. Which means I missed out on all those other fancy phones which came before it. But what I do know is that I want to watch HGTV shows off their website while it bed, and I know that the iPad can't do that. (I've tried on the boy's). The PlayBook however supports flash. Wicked. Which means I can watch Sarah Richardson to my heart's content

I don't have TV. Don't judge me. I get my media content where I can. But you can feel free to watch this ad for the PlayBook and judge it. Judge it all you want.

Sunday Home Tour: NYC

What a beautiful warehouse loft space. I'm always impressed when people not only find there original space, but also furnish them in a way which matches both the space and the personality so well. I really like how these inhabitants (I would say owners, but they rent) have defined the one, wide open space creating a living room, dining room, and an office. I love the way the wood really shines in all the spaces. Great use of found objects as well. Well Done!

What To Wear: Coachella - Sunglasses

Spending your days in the sun requires that you protect your peepers. Not only is staring into the sun uncomfortable, but sun damage also leads to wrinkles. Best to plan ahead with a handful of fun and stylish options. Best of all, most of these shades cost around $20. Meaning if and when you lose them you won't cry too much. You'll just reach into your bag for your next pair.

Mint Round Sunglasses
Oversized Crystal Look Sunglasses
Oversized Red Cat Eye Sunglasses
Keyhole Sunglasses
-All sunglasses were found on ASOS-

Why so much ASOS? Well, for one, they ship all over the world, which really increases your chance of being able to get your hands of them, dear reader. Also, they ship to Canada FOR FREE. And you know I like that!

Champagne

Happy Friday everyone! Tonight I'm headed to a Toronto Fashion Week show, with some primping and drinkies before hand with some lovely ladies. Also: sushi, friends in town from Ottawa, a party, and maybe a dance party. Sounds like this weekend might be calling for champagne. And since I did my taxes last Sunday, I feel I deserve a reward, no? And champagne is the best reward. That and love. And chocolate. Obviously.
