How very cheery! What a great way to wake up and face the day? Almost makes you want to jump out of bed to rush to your bowl of cereal (or granola, or yogurt, or overnight oats, or whatever floats your boat in the AM). Well, almost. Today, I just wanted to hide under the covers when the alarm went off, but then again, I don't own any bowls like this!

Start Each Day Like It's Your Birthday!

Happy Friday! It's not my birthday (just under 6 months to go!) but it is the birthday of the boy. Tonight there will be backyard drinks, and tequila and fun. Despite the fact that our apartment is NOT ready to be seen! Yes, there will be fun despite of this. I hope you all enjoy the weekend!

And because recently I have been in love Kate Spade's particular blend of classy and cute. Kate Spade Makes Me Dotty

NYC. I went. I ate. I ate. I ate. I saw lovely old friends of mine. I saw lovely old friends of the boy. Then I bought a fantastic and pretty iphone case.  I've been lusting over this particular case since I saw it, which was about... oh, 6 months before I had a fancy phone. (I say that because I've had my fancy phone less than a week.) I had a wee bit of guilt about buying what I felt to be an expensive case, (from the fab soho Kate Spade store... I wanted everything in there!), but the boy talked me into keeping it. 

He's a bad influence, but I like it.
