Aerie Set (Not Just For Teens?)

Dropped by the mall after work today to meet a bestie and do a little shopping. While I was waiting to hear about the score of the women's gold medal game via text message we decided to pop into Aerie, American Eagle's line of unmentionables and loungewear. Surprisingly cute stuff. We were both out of energy, and didn't try anything on, but we might be back. 

I can't help it. I've always been a sucker for a little lace.

There is no excuse not to own pretty underthings. While they can sometimes be very expensive (La Perla anyone?), there are many less pricey options out there. And hey, for me, anything I can do to increase the chances of feeling good when I take off my clothes. Priceless. Which probably explains my drawers chock full of sexy unmentionables.

The possibilty of a trip to the US has appeared, and it has set my mind racing in excitment. The MET? The Rangers? The parties? The friends? The shopping? I shouldn't dream such thoughts though. Especially the ones about sexy unmentionables. I own... more than enough. More than enough for 6 women. Possibly 10. But how can one not fall in love with such pretty sets? And when I think of the United States, I think of a few choice stores which are not available here in Canada... like Victoria Secret.
